Disney and Sony Combine for Mickey Mouse Walkmans
Sony and Disney have teamed up to issue a series of Walkmans featured Mickey Mouse. They appear to be just normal Sony Walkmen but with intricate engravings of Mickey Mouse on the back. The most interesting part is the charging stand that has a smiling figurine of the mouse himself standing guard over your phone. Not much more info on this as the press release is all in Japanese, these might just be for the Japan market.

Its International Women’s Day and its befitting that I confuse you guys with Andy Kurovets’ Maze Of Time. There is a connection between the two… you had fun at the expense of the female anatomy and now it’s time to pay for those silly smirks! The Maze Of Time watch uses colors in a kaleidoscopic way to represent the time. So when you see a chaotic yellow line below, it’s actually the number “1”. Blue is the number “2”, red color stands for “3”, and “4” corresponds to the green etc. Kinda TokyoFlash-esque and time to get your grey cells working!

Crazy Mouse Moves Away From Your Hand
Today’s prize for “a lot of work for not that much result” goes to the Crazy Mouse. The crazy mouse is one of the weirdest mods we’ve come across- I’m not sure why you’d want to do this other than as a practical joke. Ok, it would be pretty funny I guess. But worth the extensive effort to make it? Ehhh.
Anyway, this mouse will move away from your hand as you try to grab it. Great party trick. It does this via a light sensor that detects the shadow of your hand which turns on a motor for a second or two and moves the mouse away. It’s a pretty advanced mod, check out this laundry list of items you’ll need:

The Eclipse Touchmouse is one of the more unique looking and functioning mouses we’ve come across. Besides it’s stylish brushed aluminum L-shaped form factor, it also has some interesting tricks. What looks like a button in the middle is actually a “unique touchscroll module” that is used to help you navigate the web. Just press and hold the touchscroll module, then move the mouse in one of the four directions to activate the shortcuts.
Without actually trying this mouse out, it’s hard for me to say if the touchscroll module would really speed up your web browsing, although it does seem like it would. This bluetooth mouse runs $59 from Eclipse directly.

As the module name suggests, the module will display your images and news in a scroll effect.
By this module, your images will be shown first, and if you put your mouse over those images, text for that image will pop up. you can scroll the image to left/right, continually. that means, after you scroll to last image, you’ll back to the first image.
The module is also easy to set. After installation you’ll have default images for this module. you can add/changes those image by uploading your own image to media/image_scroller folder in you joomla directory and you can select those image to appear in the module via module administration.
